Job Description
CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Training and Capability Lead - Readiness and Enablement to join their Finance Optimization Readiness & Enablement team. The successful candidate will lead and deliver training solutions to support end-to-end change management activities for select Finance transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Knowledge of learning design and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Synthesia, Adobe Captivate)
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Saba, SAP SuccessFactors Learning)
  • Knowledge of change and enablement tools (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix)
  • Knowledge of collaboration and delivery tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom)
  • Knowledge of measurement and feedback tools (e.g., LMS reporting, surveys)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
