Manager, Training

Requirements

• Work with the Human Resource business partner to identify training needs
• Design online and on-site training and methodologies to facilitate the flow of information
• Provide course review and refinement for company-wide training
• Develop training to meet specific local legal requirements
• Implement employee surveys and manage employee survey action plans
• Deliver high-level leadership and management training
• Drive innovative training solutions in support of organizational objectives
• Analyze and apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
• Develop objectives/activities, multimedia, and visual aids for online and in-person interactions
• Facilitate needs assessments through focus groups, surveys, interviews, etc.
• Manage and monitor organizational training and development initiatives and cultural integration efforts
• Partner with HR and other teams to establish and maintain effective appraisal methods and measurements
• Design and execute ongoing development for Training and Development team members
• Redesign and execute orientation and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help develop and manage the Human Resources operational and labor budget
• Provide leadership to Human Resources employees regarding company culture
• Partner with fellow Human Resources Managers to work cohesively as one team
