Job Description
The Transportation Manager - Routing will provide leadership and oversight for the entire Routing Department, ensuring efficient, accurate, and student-centered route development across all programs. The Transportation Manager – Routing directs staff, systems, and processes that support daily operations while contributing to long-range service planning, boundary-related analysis, and routing-related project work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation management, geography, public administration, education, or related field preferred
  • Four (4) years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Valid Texas Drivers License
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in school transportation, routing operations, logistics, or related operational management
  • Supervisory experience required, with proven success managing staff performance and operational processes
