Job Description
As the Manager, Website Experience, you will create scalable website solutions by collaborating between technical and business teams to advance Delta Dental of Washington's mission to improve customer experience and access to oral benefits.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore or similar enterprise CMS)
  • Solid understanding of website architecture, navigation systems, and information architecture design
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (GA4 or similar)
  • Experience partnering with IT and vendor teams on integrations, releases, and platform enhancements
  • Proven ability to connect business strategy, user experience, and technical execution
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level presentation skills
