Job Description
Project Healthy Minds is a mental health nonprofit that runs like a tech startup, pioneering a first-of-its-kind model to address the growing mental health crisis. They're looking for a Manager to help build and scale their workforce mental health portfolio, reporting to the Director of Advocacy.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience and a track record of execution
  • Comfort and credibility with senior corporate stakeholders, ideally at the C-suite level
  • Sharp written and verbal communication
  • Strong project management instincts and attention to detail in environments with many moving parts
  • An interest in (and ideally exposure to) workforce mental health, the future of work, or organizational research
  • A bias to action and the scrappiness to build alongside them
  • Sales muscle is a plus, not a requirement
