Job Description
Join our Workforce Strategy & Analytics team as a Manager, Workforce Planning / Data Analytics. Lead high impact analytical work, develop forecasting and staffing strategies, and guide business leaders with insights that support the growth and effectiveness of our business.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required; Master's degree preferred
  • 4–6 years of experience in Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and workforce analytics tools
  • Experience with data modeling or programming (SQL, Python, R, etc.) strongly preferred
