Job Description
The Managing Administrative Assistant will oversee the consumer complaint and intake process, provide administrative support to division leadership, and act as the team leader for the division's administrative team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a connection to the people and communities we serve and an interest in supporting a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative experience
  • Experience supervising/reviewing the work of others, proof-reading, editing documents, and using a case management database, preferred
  • Effective writing and verbal communication skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and balance long- and short-term projects
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software skills
  • Excellent work ethic and sound judgment in decision making
  • Demonstrated commitment or interest in public service
