Job Description
The Managing Administrative Assistant plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of the WMAS Office and serves as a key partner to office staff and leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative functions, providing high-level administrative support to WMAS Office leadership, and guiding and supporting administrative assistants and paralegals.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting leadership and coordinating administrative operations.
  • Experience supporting or guiding the work of others.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with data or tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment or interest in public service.
