Job Description
The Managing Administrative Assistant oversees the consumer complaint and intake process, provides administrative support to division leadership, and acts as the team leader for the division's administrative team. Duties include managing workflow, supervising staff, overseeing implementation of office procedures, responding to public records requests, and providing direct support to the Division Chief.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative experience.
  • Experience supervising/reviewing the work of others, proof-reading, editing documents, and using a case management database, preferred.
  • Effective writing and verbal communication skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills.
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and balance long- and short-term projects.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and sound judgment in decision making.
  • Demonstrated commitment or interest in public service.
