Role OverviewThe Managing Administrative Law Judge will manage the operations of the Borough Business Centers, advising and directing the Agency's Administrative Law Judges and support staff. The role requires legal knowledge, judgment, and experience in vehicle and traffic law and administrative policy.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will serve as advisor to the division's Chief Administrative Law Judge, exercise independent initiative and decision-making on questions of the law, and conduct hearings on parking and camera violations.
