Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven, compassionate, and experienced Managing Attorney to join our team in Petaluma, CA. This role is hybrid, and the Managing Attorney must live within driving distance of our office in Petaluma, CA. The Managing Attorney will oversee the day-to-day operations in our Petaluma office while handling diverse family law cases and making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
What You Will Do
The Managing Attorney will oversee daily operations, productivity, and profitability of the Petaluma office, lead, mentor, and develop legal staff, collaborate with other leaders, conduct client consultations, provide legal advice, represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and negotiate settlements.

Requirements
- Five (5) or more years of devoted Family Law experience
- Active admission to the California State Bar

- Proficient in client counseling, case prep, case management, and courtroom representation
