Trimont is a specialized global commercial real estate loan services provider seeking a Managing Director, Head of Asset Management to lead a team of asset managers across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate mortgages, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and real-estate owned positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, real estate, or other Financial related degree
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management, special servicing, and/or underwriting
  • 10+ years of team leadership experience
  • Thorough understanding of commercial real estate capital structures, workout strategies, loan documents, industry fundamentals and terminology, and general commercial loan servicing practices and standards
