Job Description
Alpha Public Schools is seeking a Managing Director of Operations to lead organizational processes across the network of four public charter schools in East San José. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving operational systems, managing resources, overseeing facilities and technology, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery to support the school's academic and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of operations experience, including at least 5 years in a formal leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple organizational functions simultaneously at an organizational scale of similar complexity
  • Charter or District school, Nonprofit, or public sector experience required; California charter or LEA experience, strongly preferred
