Role Overview

The Managing Partner is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and success of the funeral home. This role oversees daily operations, financial performance, staff development, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of exceptional service to every family entrusted to our care.

What You Will Do

Meet with families to guide them through funeral, cremation, and memorial planning with empathy and professionalism. Oversee all aspects of funeral home operations, including coordinating with cemeteries, clergy, celebrants, musicians, florists, crematories, and other service partners.

Requirements

  • Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in accordance with state requirements
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive funeral service experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
  • Associate degree or higher in Mortuary Science or an equivalent accredited program
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach employees, and cultivate a positive workplace culture
  • Strong understanding of funeral service laws, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency with funeral home management software and Microsoft Office applications
