Job Description
The US / Global Managing Partner serves as a senior strategic and operational leader for key client relationships within IQVIA’s Large Pharma segment. This role blends sales leadership with account governance, ensuring exceptional client engagement, delivery performance, and sustainable partnership growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years in strategic account management, sales, or consulting within the life sciences or healthcare consulting industry
  • Strong track record in sales and driving sustained revenue growth at large global pharmaceutical accounts
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Suite level stakeholders
  • Proven success in managing large, complex accounts in a matrixed global organization
  • Deep understanding of pharma market dynamics, commercialization, and technology-enabled solutions
