Job Description
The Managing Partner, US Large Pharma, will serve as a senior strategic and operational leader for key client relationships within IQVIA's Large Pharma segment. This role blends sales leadership with account governance, ensuring exceptional client engagement, delivery performance, and sustainable partnership growth.

Requirements

  • Lead account planning, pipeline development, and revenue growth initiatives across the IQVIA portfolio.
  • Partner with solution sales and subject matter experts to design, position, and pitch tailored solutions that address complex client challenges.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies, expanding IQVIA's footprint through new and existing offerings.
  • Monitor account health, financial performance, and client satisfaction to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships across the client organization, serving as the trusted advisor for the account.
  • Act as the overall owner of the account relationship, ensuring alignment between sales, delivery, and strategic objectives.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and executive touchpoints to assess account performance and plan strategies.
  • Translate client needs and feedback into actionable initiatives across IQVIA teams, driving continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Solution Sales, Delivery, and Operations to ensure cohesive account execution.
  • Maintain visibility into delivery progress and key milestones to ensure overall account objectives are being met.
