Role OverviewThe Managing Principal will serve as a Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager on key projects, responsible for the Company's Brand, People, Project Delivery, Quality, and Administrative activities in a specific location/geography.
What You Will Do
Leads successful projects, oversees staff deliverables, and ensures client satisfaction. Develops and executes project Win strategy, and promotes and engages in HZ's culture/morale, trainings, policies & procedures, and operations.

Requirements
- Professional Licensed Engineer (PE)
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- Minimum 10 years A/E experience
- Ability to influence effectively communicate both written and orally
