Lead and manage projects, team leadership, project oversight, financial management, client relations, scope control, design integration, project closeouts, and business development.

Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Kentucky
- Proven experience in site-civil design and project management
- Proficiency with Civil 3D for design and production
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience managing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
- Experience managing projects in the education, commercial, and/or municipal sectors
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
