Job Description
The Managing Public Defender-Conflict is responsible for overseeing and managing all public defender services within assigned regions of the Conflict Defender Office. The position requires a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school, membership in the State Bar of Montana, and at least five years of progressively responsible management experience, including supervision of professional and support staff, budgeting, and organizational and operational functions.
