Job Description
The YMCA of Downtown Manchester is seeking a Sports Program Leader for the summer 2026 season. This role involves planning, implementing and leading a specialty program area effectively and safely, while building positive relationships with campers and coworkers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a day camp environment preferred
  • Background and/or education in recreation/physical education preferred
  • Applicable certifications for specialty area
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and group management skills
  • Patient, caring, responsible, flexible and positive attitude
