Job Description
We are seeking a Correction Officer to join our team at the Mansfield Correctional Institution. The Correction Officer responsibilities include maintaining control of the institution, supervising inmate activity, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a correction officer assessment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Correction officer assessment
  • 6 months of employment with a starting salary of $24.16 and increasing to $24.86 after 6 months
  • Earn an additional $0.60 per hour working 2nd or 3rd shift
