What You Will Do
Represent clients in sophisticated commercial and business litigation matters, conduct legal research, develop legal strategies, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm
- Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
- Exceptional legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters
- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- Excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgment
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice, or eligibility for admission, in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice
