What You Will Do
Represent clients in sophisticated commercial and business litigation matters. Conduct legal research and develop legal strategies for complex disputes. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of substantive commercial litigation experience at a leading law firm.

- Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.

- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice, or eligibility for admission, in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice.
