Job Description
MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Systems Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This position requires managing and advancing a wide-area IT environment, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
  • At least 7 years of experience in information technology
  • Current DoD 8570 IAT II certification (Security +, SSCP, or equivalent) or ability to obtain one within 180 days
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and user-friendly technical and training manuals
  • Ability to perform Tier 3 operational maintenance on audit systems
