Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Deputy Project Manager to join our team in the Tampa, FL commuting area, supporting the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in the implementation and deployment of an OneStream software solution.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with overall program goals
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed to maintain alignment with objectives
  • Oversee project deliverables and ensure quality meets client expectations
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders effectively
  • Plan, staff, budget, and direct one or more project(s) to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers
