Requirements

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI
  • Create and enhance ServiceNow reports and dashboards
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
  • Perform data analysis, identify trends, and support performance measurement
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting needs and deliver timely, reliable data solutions
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate data sources and automate data workflows
