Job Description
MANTECH seeks a Technical Trainer to join our team in Arlington, VA. The Technical Trainer must exhibit good judgment and provide proper examples of work performance. Responsibilities include providing IT related training programs, conducting training needs analysis, designing curriculum, and developing interactive training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Information Technology or Information technology certifications
  • 5 years of experience in training
  • Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestic and internationally
