Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Electrical Engineer II to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position. As a core Electrical Engineer II on our innovative team, you'll be deeply involved in the full spectrum of engineering activities – from initial research and design to seamless integration, rigorous testing, and insightful analysis.

Requirements

  • Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium).
  • Select appropriate electrical components and materials based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Perform circuit analysis, simulations, and calculations to ensure system performance and safety.
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate the functionality and reliability of electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during development, testing, and production phases.
  • Collaborate effectively with mechanical, software, and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems.
  • Document design specifications, test results, and other technical information accurately and comprehensively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for design processes and methodologies.
  • Potentially mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
