Job Description
Ability to operate and run to standard Process Equipment and Off line Equipment, such as presses, furnaces, grinders, sandblasting, etc. while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Participate in team initiatives to identify and resolve safety issues, and operate automated machinery, presses, lathes, mills, furnaces, wire EDMs, and robotic equipment.

Requirements

  • Participate in team initiatives to identify and resolve safety issues.
  • Participate in developing LEAN solutions throughout manufacturing.
  • Operate automated machinery, presses, lathes, mills, furnaces, wire EDMs, and robotic equipment.
  • Perform hand assemblies of product, blends, sieved material, and other as required.
  • Perform minor tooling changes, setup and troubleshooting on production equipment.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks including lubrication, filter changes, equipment cleanliness, and other as necessary.
  • Complete ownership for housekeeping in assigned work area.
  • Perform training of others with respect to the safe and responsible operation of assigned manufacturing equipment.
  • Adhere to documented work instructions: PPF, POCI, EOI, JSA, assembly prints, and other as needed.
  • Assure product and process quality measures are maintained.
