Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work closely with Materials Engineering to translate material and process requirements into reliable, repeatable manufacturing methods, and with Equipment Engineering to develop the production systems needed to execute those processes at scale.

What You Will Do

Own the production implementation of the process, including manufacturing methods, process controls, production readiness, technician training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Develop manufacturing work instructions, process controls, production documentation, and technician training. Troubleshoot production issues and drive improvements in process capability, yield, throughput, and equipment utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
  • Experience developing, improving, or scaling manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and production troubleshooting.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into practical manufacturing processes.
