Role OverviewThe Production Engineer, Steel Machining Group, will support manufacturing by maintaining the machining process. This role will troubleshoot and provide engineering solutions to the lines as well as the shop floor. Furthermore, this position monitors different aspects of product development and continually strives to improve the way manufacturing operates.
What You Will Do
Plan and install machinery and equipment for new or re-tooled product lines, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, implement design and process changes to increase equipment and manufacturing efficiency, and root cause analysis and countermeasure of quality issues.

Must have strong knowledge of machining equipment, demonstrated experience with PFMEAs, Statistical probability, and root cause analysis, and familiarity with robotics and AutoCAD.

- BS, Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical or related area of study
