Role OverviewRenewal by Andersen is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer at our Cottage Grove, MN location. The ideal candidate will provide engineering support to a manufacturing line and fabrication area, focusing on monitoring, controlling, and improving existing manufacturing processes.

Primary responsibilities include utilizing lean process design techniques, planning and leading technical aspects of large-scale assignments, creating training tools and standard operating procedures, and facilitating cross-functional team meetings.

Requirements
- BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent engineering experience
- 4+ years of engineering experience preferred with mechanical aptitude
- Understands and applies methodologies associated with project planning and experience working with collaborative, cross functional teams
- Strong aptitude in problem solving using analytical tools and making process improvements
- Knowledge and experience with quality systems, statistical process control, process capability and lean manufacturing tools
