Role OverviewSupports plant operations through completion of engineering and maintenance projects, designing and developing processes for manufacturing needs, and supervising maintenance technicians.

Responsible for the continual improvement of process and product quality, improving methods and reducing costs, and ensuring tools and fixtures are available and in good working condition.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a related industry
- Hands-on experience in tooling, fixturing, and methods
- Experience in controls or PLC programming
- Formal training in robotic systems, foundry, machining, and arc welding
- 3D modeling experience in NX preferred
