Job Description
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for sheet metal forming, stamping and other production activities, design tooling, die-sets, fixtures, gauges, and related equipment, support NPI, technical costing, RFQ, pilot runs, and production training.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Aeronautical / Material Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in precision engineering, aerospace, or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM, milling, and turning
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Familiar with tooling / fixture design and special processes like heat treatment, brazing, EDM, shot peening, and welding
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
