Job Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Fairbanks Morse Defense in Walpole, Massachusetts. The role involves programming and proving out multi-axis toolpaths on hydrodynamic propulsion surfaces using Siemens NX CAM and Teamcenter PLM. You will own the development of fully associative CNC programs, create complex drive geometries, and validate toolpaths through simulation. Experience with Siemens 840D controls, VERICUT digital simulation, and Teamcenter PLM is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology or related discipline
  • 80+ credits toward an engineering bachelor’s with at least 2 relevant engineering internships/co-ops
  • Associate’s degree in technical discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • No degree with 6+ years of progressive Manufacturing Engineering and CNC programming experience
