What You Will Do
Write manufacturing plans and instructions, generate Bills of Material, participate in tooling reviews, review hardware for compliance, and troubleshoot to support production activities.

Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in Engineering
- Working knowledge of military and commercial manufacturing processes
- Working knowledge of ERP and MES systems, SAP/CMES experienced preferred
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience or knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Gage R&Rs, Capability Studies, Design of Experiments (DOE) or other quantitative continuous improvement tools
- Experience in a production environment closely teaming with all levels of manufacturing stakeholders
