Role OverviewAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for improving manufacturing and assembly operations by identifying process issues, understanding their business impacts, and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with production, quality, and operations teams to optimize manufacturing processes, accelerate deliveries, reduce missing parts, quickly resolve quality issues, and sustain long-term performance improvements.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying manufacturing process issues, evaluating business impacts, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. You will also solve production and operational problems to improve quality, productivity, efficiency, and delivery performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, production engineering, assembly operations, or continuous improvement environments
- Strong ability to identify manufacturing issues, assess business impacts, and implement effective solutions
- Proven experience in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with line balancing, manpower planning, capacity analysis, and production flow optimization
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, work instructions, and production planning
- Experience conducting time studies, process analysis, and work measurement activities
- Ability to develop and monitor KPIs to drive operational performance and manufacturing excellence
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and facilitating Kaizen events
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities and driving sustainable operational results
