Role OverviewWe are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong Industrial Engineering focus to join our team at our Mazomanie facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
What You Will Do
You'll help bring new products from design to production by ensuring routings, BOMs, labor standards, processes, and documentation are accurate and effective. You'll also identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, ergonomics, throughput, and cost.

Requirements
- Technical Bachelor's Degree
- All levels of previous job-related experience will be considered
