Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Engineer role involves providing technical assistance and engineering support to the manufacturing team, ensuring the production process is efficient, cost-effective, and meets quality standards.
What You Will Do
Works closely with Engineering teams to provide feedback on product design for manufacturing, creates and maintains technical detailed documentation, analyzes and improves panel design, and develops templates/poka-yokes for production.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical panel design, assembly, and testing process
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP is a differential
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
