Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for providing a step change in operational effectiveness and efficiency in supply chain by developing, leading, and implementing engineering solutions focused on improving and optimizing the manufacturing and distribution processes within the company network.
What You Will Do
Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve manufacturing, logistics, and distribution processes by improving performance, availability, quality, and other cost savings through material efficiencies, labor efficiencies, etc.

The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative subject matter expert that works cross functionally with multiple business units to drive operational excellence and achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in engineering or engineering Technology (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial)
- minimum three (3) years' experience in a manufacturing process
- Flammable liquid filling, packaging, and hands-on equipment knowledge strongly preferred
- Project Management Professional certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Vorne system experience a plus
- CAD experience extremely helpful
