Job Description
We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for our Cook Compression brand in Jeffersonville, IN. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement improvement processes to enhance manufacturing capacity, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in manufacturing operations in an engineering or CNC programming role
  • 2+ years' experience programming CNC equipment using GibbsCAM/FeatureCAM
  • Practical knowledge of continuous improvement and lean concepts
  • Proficiency with MS Office and relevant engineering software
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic hardware
  • Proficient in reading drawings, sketches, and interpreting design ideas
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to develop and implement improvement ideas
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented
