Job Description
Join our Operations group as a Manufacturing Engineer to drive cost reduction, manufacturing efficiency, and scalable process improvements across new and existing products.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in PTC ProE, Creo, or other similar solid modeling tools
  • Strong applied statistical skills to analyze manufacturing data, identify process variation, and drive continuous improvement
  • Working knowledge of fabrication processes such as plastic injection molding, machining, and metal forming
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly and manufacturing
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities
  • Ability to travel occasionally to our manufacturing facilities in South Dakota, and possibly Mexico
