Requirements

  • Proficient in Solidworks and AutoCAD
  • Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S principles
  • Capable of conducting and analyzing time studies and process capability tests
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Able to manage a project from inception to completion
  • Effective communication skills; able to collaborate with various departments
  • Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Hands-on approach with a strong mechanical aptitude
