Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. This role supports production operations through data analysis, workflow optimization, new product launch activities, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and production teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
  • Automotive industry experience highly preferred
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret production data
  • Proven experience managing and reducing manufacturing costs
  • Strong technical problem solving skills related to production processes
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
