What You Will Do
Develops, improves, and monitors standards, processes, and performance to reduce costs and improve production operations, analyzes production data, and provides engineering guidance on capital expenditures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Associates degree in a technical field with equivalent technical experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts
- Experience within a lean manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with automation preferred
- Proven 8D, 5Y, or relevant problem-solving methodology
