Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Lead is responsible for building and leading the team transforming fabricated components into fully integrated, flight-ready launch vehicles. The role owns manufacturing engineering for structural assembly, tube routing, avionics installation, vehicle integration, and production checkouts.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
  • 7-12+ years of experience in aerospace vehicle assembly or large-scale mechanical integration
  • Experience leading manufacturing or integration engineering teams
  • Strong background in: structural assembly and alignment, fastener systems and torque control, tubing installation and fluid system routing, avionics installation and vehicle-level integration
