Role OverviewWe're seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to improve manufacturing operations, support production teams, and drive continuous improvement throughout our facility. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys solving problems, optimizing workflows, and working directly with operators and leadership to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.
What You Will Do
Analyze manufacturing processes, workflows, and production data to identify improvement opportunities. Conduct time studies, workflow evaluations, and labor utilization assessments. Recommend and implement process improvements that increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements
- Associate Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
- 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, production support, process improvement, or engineering technician roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
