Role OverviewSupports production, quality, manufacturing engineering, and maintenance by troubleshooting and maintaining process flow. Solves problems by determining root cause and implementing permanent corrective actions. Helps implement new processes and related equipment and tooling.
What You Will Do
Maintain process capability, reduce scrap, assist production and maintenance with technical issues, continual improvement of process and product quality, implement new processes, and troubleshoot equipment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must demonstrate ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, interpret sketches, and identify tooling, gauging, and fixturing details. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and excellent mechanical aptitude required.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance or other related degree program
- Three to Five years' experience in manufacturing facility
- Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting experience
- Process troubleshooting experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and 480VAC and 24VDC control systems
- Fanuc and Siemens CNC control troubleshooting experience
- 2D drawing and 3D modeling experience
- Strong communication and project organization abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and formal training in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting required
