Role OverviewBelden is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Manufacturing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining S4/Hanna solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance operational efficiency. The SAP Manufacturing Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure S4/Hanna modules and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless operations.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into an S4/Hanna solution, configure and customize S4/Hanna modules to meet business needs, and provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of S4/Hanna.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of SAP ECC & S/4 Hanna experience, strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and strong project management skills. SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of SAP ECC & S/4 Hanna experience with PP, PM, QM, MM, WM and related master data
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including Production Planning, Quality Management, Shop Floor Control and Plant Maintenance
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and control IT initiatives within budget and timeline
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
