Job Description
Manufacturing Laborer is responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry and construction tasks to support the assembly and installation of piers, decking, and related accessories. Must maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship while collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in framing, carpentry, or construction preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, construction drawings, and operating hand and power tools safely
  • Familiarity with modern carpentry techniques, materials, and measuring tools
  • Strong understanding of construction math, measurements, and layout techniques
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
